Speaking

Rebekah’s passion is to edify, equip, and encourage women in their pursuit of Biblical womanhood. To that end, she would love to come speak to your women’s group in an effort to inspire them and point them back to the Word of God and its relevancy to each and every issue of life.

Rebekah is available to speak at:

  • MOPS groups
  • Bible study groups
  • Homeschool conferences and conventions
  • Women’s retreats
  • Women’s conferences
  • Blogging conferences

Speaking topics include (but are not limited to):

For women in general:

  • “Easy, Practical Ways to Incorporate Bible Reading into Your Daily Life”

In this session, Rebekah shares a whole list of very practical, helpful ways in which you can easily make the time to include the Word of God and prayer into your everyday life. Helpful for moms of young children, college students, and busy women in general, we look at various options that are at your disposal for adding Bible time into your day, helpful apps you can use on the go, and much more!

For moms:

In this session, we look at various lies moms are believing in our day, and what the Word of God (and the gospel specifically) has to say about them. We will be looking at issues like mommy guilt, me time, a woman’s highest calling, where a woman should find her identity and ultimate fulfillment, the problem with the perfection pursuit, postpartum body issues, attempting to parent according to the teachings of the “experts”, mothering by faith, ways we can make time to be in the Word even as busy moms, combating the lie that we have no time for friendship as momshow and why to prioritize your marriage in the midst of motherhood, and much more!

In this session, we look at the ways in which the Mommy Wars have infiltrated the church, how the church is being adversely affected, and what we can do about it. We’ll look at ways we can honor God in the midst of a mommy wars culture, tips for making peace in the Mommy Wars, and much more! And, spoiler alert – Rebekah’s next book will be on this very topic!

For wives:

In this session, we look at the fact that Satan is actively attacking marriages – including yours! – and what can be done about it. We discuss the importance of prioritizing your marriage in the midst of busy motherhood and look at practical ways we can put our husbands first, no matter how many other hats we may be juggling.

For homemakers:

  • “Practical Homemaking 101”

In this session, we get down to the nitty gritty, practical side of how to run a home. Focusing on cleaning schedules, natural cleaning options, practical tips for cutting your grocery budget, meal planning 101, and more, this session is sure to prove helpful as you seek to make running your home a more enjoyable, efficient, and productive endeavor.

For homeschoolers:

  • “Homeschooling by Faith in an Age of Experts”

In this session, we look at how there are countless different homeschooling methods out there, each of which have staunch advocates who view it to be the “best” way to homeschool. We are going to see that the truth of the matter is that God made each of our children unique, with each one being geared more towards a particular method or learning style, and how we need to be looking to the Lord – not the experts – for direction on how to homeschool.

  • “Tips and Encouragement for Beginning Homeschoolers”

In this session, Rebekah shares both practical tips as well as helpful encouragement for new homeschool moms. Covering topics such as the importance of looking to the Lord for how you ought to homeschool rather than comparing yourself to others, starting slowly, embracing the freedom that is yours to – at any time! – change course or curriculum if needed, and much more, this session is sure to speak to your heart as you embark on this new, exciting, sometimes overwhelming, journey.

For bloggers:

In this session, rather than focusing primarily on all the kinds of tips you would receive from the “experts” – social media technique, overcoming the algorithms, etc. -, we focus more on blogging from God’s perspective, seeking and then applying His wisdom to our blogging endeavors. After that, we do go into talking about topics such as posting regularly, joining a likeminded blogging group, and more!
